Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Darmaan mobile app, operated by DARMAAN TECHNOLOGIES LTD, Beledwayne, Somalia (“Darmaan”, “we”, “us”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or logging in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Darmaan.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use Darmaan.

3. Account Verification

We may ask you to verify your identity before you swap. You agree to give accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Services

Darmaan lets you swap Somali mobile money and wallets (EVC Plus, eDahab, Premier Wallet, and others) for stablecoins on supported networks, and back. The payment methods, rates, and networks available may change without notice.

5. Fees & Limits

Each swap is subject to the fees and minimum and maximum amounts shown before you confirm. Rates and fees can change between swaps.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the destination accounts and wallet addresses you provide. Darmaan is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address you supplied.

7. Risks

Crypto assets are volatile and blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Only swap amounts you are prepared to risk.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use Darmaan for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Personal Info → Delete Account) or on our account deletion page.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using Darmaan after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
